30-Day Free Returns
We proudly offer free returns and refunds within 30 days after your order has been delivered.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- The product should be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Original tags and packaging should be included whenever possible.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Free Return Shipping
We provide free return shipping for eligible returns worldwide.
Please contact our support team before sending any return so we can provide return instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return if opened or used:
- Worn intimate apparel
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items (if marked)
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the shipping package
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no additional cost.
Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting your return:
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
- Processing usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
Shipping fees (if applicable) are also refunded for eligible returns.
Exchanges
We gladly replace defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items.
